Wash the chops and pat dry. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix garlic, chilli and soy sauce. Spread a thin layer on the chops. Keep the rest of the marinade.
Wash lemon hot and grate half of the peel in zests. Cook the frozen beans for 5-6 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and let drain well.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat for approx. 4 minutes, turning it over, then brush it with the rest of the marinade and fry it carefully for approx. 1 minute.
Heat butter. Swivel the beans and lemon zests in it for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything.
