Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON Wasaby
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TEASPOON green curry paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 6-8 leaves Picking salad
  • 1/2 small red, green and yellow peppers
  • 1 big red onion
  • 6-8 Hamburger buns (approx. 50 g each)
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Asia sauce

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead mince, diced onion, egg, wasaby, breadcrumbs and curry paste. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Form 8 flat meatballs from the mince mixture. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs in 2 portions for 8-10 minutes, turning them over and taking them out. Clean, wash and dry the salad.

    Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Toast the bread roll and cut it open. Spread the lower half with asian sauce, cover with salad and meatballs. Add pepper strips and onion rings. Cover with the lid of the roll
