Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 1 TEASPOON Lime or lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Grappa
  • 250 g creamy yoghurt
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Waffle Rolls

Directions

    Drain the apricots, collect the juice. Puree the apricots, lime juice, grappa or 2 tablespoons of apricot juice

    Season yoghurt with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip cream until stiff, fold in. Fill into 4 dessert glasses alternating with the apricot puree. Decorate with wafer rolls
