Ingredients

  • 6 Apricots
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 1 package (100 g) Chocolate flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and semolina
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar

Directions

    Scald the apricots hot and peel the skin. Halve the apricots and remove the stones. Mix flour, baking powder, fat, sugar, salt, eggs and milk. Stir in chocolate flakes.

    Grease 12 small brioche cups (alternatively paper cups) and sprinkle with semolina. Put one tablespoon of dough into each form. Place an apricot half on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes.

    Let it cool down on a cake rack. Dust with icing sugar. Makes 12 pieces.
