Ingredients

  • 125 g Flour
  • 75 g + Plus one. tablespoon sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp 3 P. Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 25 g crushed almonds
  • 90 g soft butter
  • 1.5 kg sour apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g clotted cream

Directions

    For the crumbles, place flour, 75 g sugar, 1 packet of vanillin sugar, salt, ground almonds and butter in flakes in a bowl. Mix everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Work into crumbles with your hands. Chill for about 20 minutes

    Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice

    Fill apples into a greased flat pie dish (28 cm Ø). Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Spread crumbles on top and sprinkle with almonds. Put them in a hot oven (E-H

    Whip the cream and sour cream until creamy with the hand mixer, while pouring in 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. Arrange the apple crumble casserole with a dollop of cream. Add the rest of the cream
