Wash the lemon hot, grate dry and grate the peel thinly. Halve the fruit and squeeze the juice. Peel apples, except for one small apple, cut into quarters and remove seeds. For the waffles, stir the fat, 50 g sugar, vanillin sugar, lemon zest and salt until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Peel the remaining apple and grate roughly. Mix flour and baking powder, alternately stir in the skimmed milk yoghurt. Fold in grated apple. Preheat waffle iron and grease lightly.
