Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 red apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS lactose-free butter
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar

Directions

    Mix flour, eggs, 1 pinch of salt and 250 ml water with a wooden spoon for about 10 minutes to a smooth dough. Let it swell for about 10 minutes

    Bring plenty of water with 1 teaspoon salt to the boil in a large pot. Press the dough in portions through a spaetzle press. As soon as the spaetzle float on the water surface, lift them out with a skimmer and let them drain

    Wash and quarter the apples and remove the cores. Cut the quarters into slices. Heat butter in a large pan. Steam apple slices briefly in it. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Add the spaetzle to the apples and warm them up. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, mix and caramelise to taste. Arrange everything on plates
