Apple peanut butter sandwiches

  • 1 Strawberry
  • 4 cored apple slices (possibly 2 red and 2 green)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3-4 Tsp creamy peanut butter
  • 0?$? Milk couverture chips
  • 1 TEASPOON Coconut flake
  • 1 TEASPOON Raisins
  • 2 small, dark grapes

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the strawberry. Spread apple slices with lemon juice. Spread 2 slices with 1-2 tsp. peanut butter

    Place strawberry and chocolate chips on a coated slice. Place on 1 slice of grated coconut and raisins and cover both with remaining apple slices. Place the grapes in the middle of the apple slices. Arrange in a sealable container

    Walnuts, radishes, cheese slices, vegetable sticks (e.g. red and yellow paprika, carrot and cucumber) and crunchy muesli with dried cranberries
