Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 700 g Apples
  • 100 ml Lemon juice
  • 375 g Flour
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 25 g Semolina
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Wash apples, quarter them, cut out the core. Steam apples in lemon juice for about 3 minutes. For the crumble dough, mix flour, except for 2 tablespoons, and 175 g sugar. Melt the fat and pour it over.

  2. 2

Mix the ingredients with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to form crumbles. Sprinkle the remaining flour over the crumbles and shake everything in the bowl. Separate the eggs. Beat egg white and vanilla sugar until stiff.

  3. 3

Mix egg yolk, quark, remaining sugar and semolina. Fold in the beaten egg white. Grease the bottom of a springform pan (24 cm Ø). Fill in half of the crumbles and press down firmly. Spread the quark first, then the apples on top.

  4. 4

Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 50 minutes. Serve dusted with icing sugar. Makes about 12 pieces.
