Cream cheese-apricot dessert

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp juice and grated rind of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 2 (200 g each) Cup of granular cream cheese
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 250 g) Apricots
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 1 package Vanilla flavoured dessert sauce (without cooking)
  • 2 Kiwis

Directions

    Mix lemon juice and honey. Add cream cheese and grated lemon peel and stir in. Drain the apricots and collect the juice. Roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Cut the apricots into small pieces, except for 4 halves. Stir almond flakes, except for a few for sprinkling, and apricot pieces into the cream cheese.

    Mix apricot juice and sauce powder with a whisk. Peel and slice the kiwis. Cut remaining apricot halves into fans. Arrange cheese mixture with apricot fans and kiwi slices on plates. Pour on the sauce and serve sprinkled with the remaining flaked almonds
