Ingredients

  • 75 g soft butter
  • 50 g + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 800 g Apples
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Calvados
  • 400 ml + 6 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Knead butter, 50 g sugar, vanillin sugar and flour with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to form crumbles. Keep cold. Peel and quarter apples, remove core. Cut quarter into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add apricot jam, cranberries and calvados to the apples.

    Grease the moulds (top approx. 15 cm, bottom approx. 11 cm Ø), pour in the apple mixture. Spread crumbles over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. Bring 400 ml milk to the boil. Mix sauce powder with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir with 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Remove milk from the heat and stir in the sauce powder. Bring to the boil while stirring. Leave to cool.

    Stir with 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Remove milk from the heat and stir in the sauce powder. Bring to the boil while stirring. Leave to cool. Remove Crumble from the oven and dust with icing sugar. Serve lukewarm or cold with vanilla sauce
