Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1 (20 g) go. Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (200 g) Apples
  • 3-4 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) low-sugar jam

Directions

    Stir egg and flour until smooth. Leave to swell for about 10 minutes. Wash the apple, peel if necessary. Quarter, core and cut into thin slices

    Stir mineral water into the dough. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour in the dough, place 2/3 apple slices on top. Bake pancakes on each side until golden brown. Arrange with remaining apple slices and jam
