Apple-Amarettini cup

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium-sized sour apples
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS + 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 g Amarettini biscuits
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 zipper bag

Directions

    Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut apples into cubes. Bring to the boil with 5 tbsp. water, vanilla sugar and 1-2 tbsp. sugar. Steam the apples for 3-5 minutes

    Put all but 4 Amarettini in a plastic bag. Close the bag and crumble the Amarettini with a rolling pin.

    Whip the cream until stiff, while pouring in 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir the yoghurt until smooth and fold in the cream. Layer yoghurt cream, apples and amarettine crumbs in 4 glasses, finishing with cream. Decorate with remaining amarettini
