Ingredients

  • 1 kg frozen cherries
  • 500 g Gelling sugar (2 : 1)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Amaretto

Directions

    Mix cherries, jam sugar (2 : 1) and Amaretto in a pot. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and continue to boil for about 4 minutes while stirring. Then pour into hot rinsed twist-off glasses and close the glasses.

    Place on the lid for about 5 minutes, turn it over again and let it cool down.
