Coarsely chop the pumpkin seeds. Roast the oat flakes and coarsely chopped pumpkin seeds in a pan for about 2 minutes, put into a bowl and mix with the honey.
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Add melted chocolate to the oat flakes-pumpkin seed mixture and mix.
Using 2 teaspoons, spread about 40 heaps on each of two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Put the oat flakes and pumpkin seed piles in a cool place for about 1 hour.
