Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix pudding powder with 100 ml milk. Put 800 ml milk, amaretto and sugar in a pot and bring to the boil. Take the pot off the stove and stir in the pudding powder. Boil up again while stirring. Rinse 4 moulds (each with a capacity of approx. 150 ml) with cold water and fill in the pudding by the spoonful and sprinkle the chocolate pieces in between.
Keep cold for at least 3 hours. In the meantime, place the remaining milk in a bowl and add the sauce powder at once and whisk quickly and vigorously for about 1 minute. Carefully remove the pudding from the rim with a knife. Hold briefly in hot water so that the chocolate chips come off the edge. Turn the pudding onto plates and pour the chocolate sauce around it. Serve as you like, decorated with flaked almonds, chocolate slices and orange slices
Preparation time approx. 30 minutes (without waiting time approx. 3 hours)
