Roughly chop the chocolate. Whip the fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy white. Whisk eggs and cream, add and stir in. Stir in the flavour. Mix flour and baking powder and knead in with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.
Knead in chocolate and almonds. Using two tablespoons, place large heaps on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Decorate with one almond each. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a rack and allow to cool
