Meringue tartlet with raspberry cream

  • 40 g Raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 40 g Low-fat curd
  • 30 g Schmand
  • 2 Meringue shells (approx. 10 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON chocolate sauce
  • 1 Disposable piping bag

Directions

    Raspberries selected. Set aside 2 raspberries, crush the rest and pass through a sieve. Mix with honey. Stir curd and sour cream until smooth. Stir in raspberry-honey sauce. Pour cream into a piping bag with star spout.

    Spray the cream onto the meringue shells. Dribble chocolate sauce over the tartlets, decorate with a raspberry, eat immediately.
