Ingredients

  • 1 thick slice (50 g) of white bread
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh egg yolks
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Soak bread in milk for about 30 minutes. Peel garlic, crush finely. Mix egg yolk and lemon juice in a tall beaker with a hand blender until creamy. Gradually add the oil to the thick mayonnaise.

    Squeeze the bread well and stir in the garlic. Season to taste.
