The right nutrition for pure skin

How do you get a clean skin if you already have skin problems? The right nutrition plays a major role in this. Koch-Mit will show you when pimples and acne can develop and how you can prevent - or at least reduce - them with the right diet.

WHAT KIND OF PURE SKIN IS TO BE CONSIDERED
When it comes to nutrition, it is important to eat some things and give up other things. Everybody has different points of attack that can harm the pure skin. This is because every product contains different active ingredients which are noticeable differently in each person's skin. That's why you shouldn't look forward to a result too quickly, because it's like a formula that's tailored to you.

First of all, you should start with the fluid intake. It is recommended that you drink 1 litre of water per 25 kilograms of body weight. It is also important for a clean skin to consume dairy products, industrial sugar and pork only in moderation. Oat milk, almond milk, hazelnut milk or soy milk can be used as a substitute.

WHY SOME FOODS ARE HARMFUL TO THE SKIN
It is known that dairy products contain many hormonally active substances. These are also often triggers for skin impurities. Industrial sugar increases the glycaemic index and helps to cause acne. Pork contains arachidonic acid and can cause inflammation. These products should therefore not be consumed for at least a month to give your body time to rid itself of bad substances.

Zinc, selenium, chromium, vitamin E & vitamin C help to fight acne and pimples. Zinc is used to refresh the skin. Lentils, beans and oatmeal, for example, contain a lot of zinc. You eat more consciously with the products that are preventive against acne and pimples and leave out for a while the products that are not preventive.

HOW TO RECOGNIZE THE CULPRIT
Every person reacts differently to the products mentioned. In order to find your personal culprit, it is important that you stick to your eating rules for at least a month. This is the only way to filter out the product that causes you acne and pimples. If after a week there are no noticeable changes in your skin, go through the products one by one until you can identify your culprit.

Then nothing should stand in the way of your clear skin. The right nutrition is essential for a pure skin. You should recognize your body and the reactions to the products and thus pay more conscious attention to yourself.

SMALL TIPS FOR PURE SKIN
Of course it is important to eat the right food, but you can also achieve a lot by cleansing your face. It's no secret that you can mix a mask yourself with a few tools. Oils, fruits and vegetables are great for creating your own personal miracle mask. Walnut, avocado and castor oil are a good basis for the mask. You can mix this with a normal cream or shea butter and help your face to a clean skin.

You can also simply dilute 3 drops of tea tree oil with water and use it daily as a facial tonic. It prevents pimples and impurities and has an antiseptic effect. A facial cleansing brush is also great for getting rid of impurities. In combination with a change of diet and the homemade cleansing mask, nothing should stand in the way of your clean skin.
