Wash and clean the courgette and cut 1 thin slice lengthwise on each side, then cut the rest lengthwise into 8 slices.
On a large flat plate, mix lime juice and olive oil, peel garlic and add to the mixture. Season the marinade with salt and pepper
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the zucchini slices in it in portions on both sides for 1-2 minutes each until they are lightly browned. Remove, turn in the marinade and let it cool down.
Cut the mozzarella into 8 even thin slices. Cut the tomatoes and ham slices in half lengthwise.
Place 1 zucchini slice on each piece of ham. Then place mozzarella on one narrow side of each slice and lay 1 basil leaf and 1 tomato crosswise on each slice. Roll up from the side covered with mozzarella and place upright on two plates.
