Zabaione with melons and grapes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Melons of your choice (for example: Charanté or Ogen)
  • 250 g blue grapes
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Marsala (Italian dessert wine)
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 3 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar

Directions

    Cut melons into slices, remove seeds and peel. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Wash the grapes, possibly halve and remove seeds. Mix the fruits and distribute in 4 dessert glasses. Mix Marsala, egg, egg yolk and sugar. Whip to a thick cream on a hot water bath. Spread on the fruit and serve immediately (!)
