Ingredients

  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 75 g dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 potty Marjoram
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cut the sheep's cheese into cubes. Puree yoghurt and feta cheese. Cut tomatoes into strips. Wash herbs, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them. Stir the herbs into the sheep's cheese cream.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bagels taste good with it.
