Yoghurt Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 400 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 300 g Applesauce
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Matcha tea
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Puree the yoghurt, applesauce and maple syrup in a blender for about 30 seconds. Take off 4 tablespoons and mix with 1 tablespoon Matcha. Pour the yoghurt smoothie into glasses, spread 1 tbsp. Matcha mixture on each and swirl with a straw.

    Garnish with mint.
