Yoghurt dish with orange filets and apple cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges (150 g each)
  • 2 (125 g each) small apples
  • 200 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon (5 g) + 1 tsp honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Wash apples, quarter them, remove seeds, cut them into slices and mix them with the orange fillets. Stir yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth. Mix the fruit, except for something to decorate, with the yoghurt and arrange in a bowl. Decorate with mint, remaining fruit and 1 teaspoon honey
