Clean and wash the radishes and spring onions. Cut radishes into strips or slices, spring onions into fine rings. Wash cucumber and peel if necessary. Halve cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds
Coarsely chop half the cucumber. Puree together with yoghurt and oil. Finely dice the remaining cucumber, stir in with spring onions and radishes
Cut the ham into fine strips. Season the cold skin with salt and pepper. Leave to cool well. Arrange the dish and spread the ham on top. Garnish with dill if desired.
