Wash the woodruff and shake dry. Boil up sugar, lemon juice and 300 ml water. Add the woodruff, except for something to decorate, and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Pour the syrup through a sieve and collect it. Pour the hot syrup into previously rinsed hot bottles, decorate with woodruff and close tightly
Tip: Store syrup in a cool place. Shelf life at least 4 weeks
