Ingredients

  • 750 g Broccoli (500 net)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 red peppers
  • 250 g Bean sprouts
  • 300 g Beefsteak
  • 200 g Japanese wheat flour noodles
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soybean oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 4-5 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Clean broccoli, wash it and cut it into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into fine strips. Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Wash steaks, dab dry, cut into strips. Cook pasta in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Heat soy oil in a wok.

    Sauté the meat in it, season with salt and pepper, put aside. Stir-fry peppers and broccoli in the wok for approx. 4 minutes. Season with salt, ginger and sesame. Add peas and meat. Deglaze with soy sauce. Fold in sprouts, season again and season with Sambal Oelek. Serve with the noodles in portions
