  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds

Directions

  1. 1

Drain the curd well on a sieve. Mix with milk, oil, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Mix flour and baking powder and gradually stir into the quark mixture. Finally, knead quickly with cool hands to a smooth dough. Chill for 15 minutes. Drain apricot halves and cut into thin slices.

Separate the egg. Whisk egg yolk and milk. For the macaroon mixture, mix marzipan with half of the whisked egg yolk and the sugar until smooth. Knead the dough again briefly. Roll out on a floured work surface to a plate of about 30 x 40 cm. Cut into twelve 10 x 10 cm pieces. Place a teaspoon of macaroon mixture on the middle of the dough pieces. Cut the corners of the dough squares about 3 cm. Beat the egg whites lightly and spread them on the ends of the dough. Fold one corner towards the middle and press down slightly. Place apricot wedges on the filling.
