Wild garlic noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 collar Wild garlic
  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 4 (60 g each) Minute steaks of pork
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel and chop the onions. Wash the wild garlic, dab dry, put something aside for garnishing. Cut the rest into strips. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash the meat, dab dry. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry meat in it for about 1 minute on each side.

    Season with salt and pepper, remove and keep warm. Sauté onions in hot frying fat. Add tomatoes and fry for 1-2 minutes. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Add wild garlic to the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Mix in the noodles and season to taste again. Serve with the steaks and garnish with wild garlic
