Wild garlic-fresh cheese dip with spring onions and radishes to crackers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Wild garlic
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/4 collar Radishes
  • 250 g Cream cheese with yoghurt (40 % fat less fat than double cream stage)
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 20 (each 3.5 g) Crackers for dipping

Directions

    Wash ramsons, dab dry and chop finely. Clean and wash spring onion and cut into fine rings. Wash radishes and cut into small cubes. Stir cream cheese with cream until smooth.

    Mix in wild garlic, spring onion, radishes and season with salt and pepper. Put the wild garlic dip in a bowl and serve with crackers.
