Wild berry sorbet with almond cream

Ingredients

  • 450 ml Milk
  • 1 package Almond-flavoured pudding powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 150 g frozen berry cocktail
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almond liqueur

Directions

    Boil 400 ml milk. Mix pudding powder, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 50 ml milk. Remove milk from the stove, stir in custard powder and bring to the boil again. Let the pudding cool down a little, fold in sour cream and fill into glasses.

    Let it cool down. Just before serving, put the frozen berries into a mixing bowl and let them thaw a little. Add the liqueur and 2 tablespoons of sugar and crush a little with a blender. Spread on the pudding
