Mix mustard and honey. Wash the dill, dab dry, put something aside for garnishing. Chop the rest finely and stir into the sauce. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber, put some aside for garnishing.
Wash the salad, drain well and pluck into smaller pieces. Cut the trout filet into smaller pieces. Spread 4 slices of bread with cream cheese. Cover with cucumber, salad and trout filet. Drizzle sauce over it.
Cover with 1 slice of bread each. Serve garnished with cucumber slices and dill.
