Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 140 g Wholemeal rye flour
  • 1 1/4 fresh yeast cubes
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 125 ml Water
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

  1. 1

Put the flour in a bowl. Make a hollow in the middle and crumble the 1/4 fresh cube. Then sprinkle the sugar over it and carefully add about 70 ml of lukewarm water. Let it stand for 10 minutes until the yeast bubbles. Then add 2-3 pinches of salt on the edge of the flour and pour the oil in the middle.

  2. 2

Now start kneading with the mixer at level 1. Gradually add the remaining water. Knead the dough for a good 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise for 45-60 minutes

  3. 3

Knead the dough once again and roll out on a baking tray. Then cover with e.g. 80 ml sauce, 100g corn, 150g ham and 110g cheese for the whole tray. Then put it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 13-15 minutes and ready!
