White chocolate cream

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 325 g white couverture
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Cream stabiliser
  • 200 g Raspberries

Directions

    Peel off some shavings (approx. 25 g) from the chocolate coating with a peeler for later decoration. Put the chocolate shavings in a cool place. Roughly chop the remaining chocolate coating. Heat 200 g cream. Melt the chocolate coating in it and let it cool down a little

    Whip the rest of the cream until stiff, allowing the cream setting agent to trickle in. Fold the whipped cream into the lukewarm chocolate cream and fill into glasses (approx. 150 ml). Chill the cream for approx. 2 hours

    Raspberries selected. Before serving, decorate the cream with raspberries and chocolate shavings
