Wash the meat, dab dry and marinate with salt, pepper, paprika and oil. Heat the grill pan and fry the meat in it for approx. 3 minutes on each side

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix yoghurt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and honey. Pluck chicken fillets into strips with two forks. Chop walnuts roughly
Mix avocado, apple and watercress. Serve with chicken strips and sprinkle with walnuts. Sprinkle with dressing
