Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 thin slices of country ham (approx. 25 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 5-6 Tbsp Orange juice
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Tomato juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 discs Toast
  • 350 g young spinach
  • 100 g cooked ham

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cut country ham into wide strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Leave the ham in it until crisp. Take out and drain on kitchen paper

    Sauté onion and garlic in the frying fat for about 2 minutes. Add mustard, orange and tomato juice. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Put the dressing in a bowl, let it cool down

    Debark the toast and cut into small cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the toast cubes in it until golden brown. Season with salt, take out and drain on kitchen paper

    Wash and sort the spinach and drain well. Cut cooked ham into small cubes. Mix the spinach, croutons, ham cubes and strips, fold in some dressing. Add the rest of the dressing
