Defrost the frozen shrimps. Roast sesame seeds without fat, take out. Peel cucumber, dice finely. Mix crème fraîche and wasabi. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Add cucumber. At least one cucumber.
Leave to steep for an hour.
Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the prawns and dab them dry. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Fry the garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to cool. Arrange everything with sesame and coriander.
