Walnut mashed potatoes with pork tenderloin

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato roses and parsley

Directions

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash the meat and dab dry. Cut into 2-3 cm thick slices.

    Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each slice. Fry in hot oil while turning for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, take out and keep warm. Grind half of the walnuts, chop the remaining nuts coarsely. Swivel the chopped nuts in the frying fat. Heat the fat. Brown ground nuts in it. Add milk and heat up. Drain potatoes, add and mash finely. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill puree into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout and squirt onto plates. Serve with pork tenderloin and broccoli.
