Peel or clean, wash and chop the potatoes and soup vegetables. Peel garlic and 2 onions, dice finely
Sauté the diced onion and garlic in 2 tbsp. hot clarified butter in the pot. Add potatoes and vegetables briefly. Stir in 1 l water, stock, salt, pepper and caraway. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes
Peel 1 onion, cut into thin rings. Dice meat loaf. Roast both in 1 tbsp. hot clarified butter
