Vodka-cherry punch with rosemary and sparkling wine

Ingredients

  • 750 g Cherries
  • 150 ml Vodka
  • 500 ml Cherry nectar
  • 4–5 small stems of rosemary
  • 2 (each 0.75 l) bottles of champagne

Directions

    Stone cherries. Let the vodka, cherries and cherry nectar steep in a large bowl for about 1 hour. Wash the rosemary, dab dry and halfway through add to the cherries. Fill up with champagne before serving
