Vodka-cherry punch with rosemary and sparkling wine

Ingredients

750 g Cherries
150 ml Vodka
500 ml Cherry nectar
4–5 small stems of rosemary
2 (each 0.75 l) bottles of champagne

Stone cherries. Let the vodka, cherries and cherry nectar steep in a large bowl for about 1 hour. Wash the rosemary, dab dry and halfway through add to the cherries. Fill up with champagne before serving
