Put rice in 1/8 l boiling salted water, cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes
Clean, wash and halve the beans. After about 5 minutes add to the rice and cook
Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Rinse cutlets if necessary, dab dry and cut into strips
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the schnitzel in it until brown, turning it over. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes and fry briefly. Deglaze with 4 tbsp. water and soy sauce, bring to the boil. Season with pepper and salt if necessary
Wash the parsley and chop it except for something to garnish. Add rice and beans to the meat and season to taste. Garnish with the rest of the parsley
Also tastes good with fish: Fry 150 g saithe or redfish fillets in pieces, remove. Finally add to the vegetables with the rice
