Ingredients

  • 2 Federation Soup vegetables (approx. 1.2 kg)
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley stems
  • 3 tablespoons (approx. 50 g) Sea salt

Directions

    Clean or peel, wash and chop the soup vegetables and onion. Wash any parsley stalks and shake dry. Place the vegetables and sea salt in portions in a high mixing bowl and puree with a hand blender (or in portions in the universal chopper).

    Pour into clean, hot rinsed glasses. Close glasses tightly.
