Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON Fennel seeds
  • 25 g Pine nuts
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 250 g Risotto Rice
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 25 g Raisins
  • 3 Saffron threads

Directions

    Roast the fennel seeds in a pan without fat for 1-2 minutes, remove. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Cut tomatoes into small pieces

    Mix rice, pine nuts, fennel seeds, tomatoes, bay leaf, raisins and saffron. Pour into a bag and seal. Give away with the recipe
