Vegetable pan with meat sausage

Ingredients

  • 200 g baby potatoes
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 2 (approx. 100 g) rods
  • 7-10 Tbsp Celery
  • 50 g low-calorie sausage
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) Silver Onions
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook covered for about 15 minutes

    Clean and wash the peppers, spring onions and celery. Cut the bell peppers into strips, spring onions and celery into pieces. Remove the sausage from the skin and cut into sticks. Quench and peel potatoes

    Heat the oil in a large coated pan. Fry the sausage briefly in it and take it out. Fry the potatoes, peppers, celery and spring onions in hot frying fat for approx. 6-8 minutes

    Season everything with salt and pepper. Add silver onions and sausage and heat. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Arrange vegetable pan with yoghurt and parsley
