Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meat thoroughly.
Remove and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and let it drain well. Add the vegetables to the hot frying fat and cook for 5 minutes at high heat. Add the noodles to the vegetables and fry over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
Add sauce and meat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chilli.
