Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g vegetables (beetroot, navette, carrot, potato)
  • 750 ml Frying oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Peel, clean and wash the vegetables. Cut or slice everything into thin slices and dab dry

    Heat the oil to approx. 160 °C, it must not be too hot. Fry the vegetable slices in it in portions until golden brown. Remove from the pan and allow to drip off on kitchen paper. Season chips with salt and a little paprika powder and serve
