Peel the onion. Carrots and beans peel or clean and wash. Cut onion and carrots into fine cubes, break beans into pieces
Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the onion until transparent. Add a good 1 l water and bring to the boil. Stir in stock. Add the beans and cook covered for about 10 minutes. Add the carrots after about 5 minutes and cook with them
Add tortelloni and peas to the broth. Let simmer at low heat for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, cut into fine rolls and sprinkle over the top
