Vegetable and pasta casserole with salami

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1/2 l Meat broth
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Herbs (e.g. chives, dill, chervil, parsley)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, peppers, carrots, leek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 120 g Salami
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Knead the flour, eggs, oil, salt and 50 ml of lukewarm water into an elastic dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, melt butter in a pan, dust with flour, sauté, deglaze with meat stock while stirring and bring to the boil. Add cream also while stirring. Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop. Add the chopped herbs to the sauce and season with nutmeg, curry, pepper and salt.

    Set the sauce aside. Wash and clean the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into pieces and mix with the vegetables. Cut salami into cubes. Roll out pasta dough and cut into three sheets corresponding to the size of the form. Grease the mould and put a sheet of pasta in it. Spread 1/3 of the vegetable mixture and half of the salami cubes on it. Pour 1/3 of the herb sauce over it. Place the second pasta sheet on top, add another 1/3 of the vegetable mixture and the rest of the salami and pour 1/3 of the sauce over it. Proceed as above with the remaining ingredients. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes.

    Grease the mould and put a sheet of pasta in it. Spread 1/3 of the vegetable mixture and half of the salami cubes on it. Pour 1/3 of the herb sauce over it. Place the second pasta sheet on top, add another 1/3 of the vegetable mixture and the rest of the salami and pour 1/3 of the sauce over it. Proceed as above with the remaining ingredients. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Sprinkle the finished casserole with chives and serve
