Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Carrot
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small stick of leek (leek)
  • 1-2 stem(s) Dill and parsley
  • 150 g Cod or saithe fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Olive oil
  • 1 washer untreated lime and/or orange
  • 7-10 Tbsp parchment paper

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes, cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel and wash the carrot and cut into very thin diagonal slices. Clean, wash and cut leek into rings. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely

    Wash the fish, dab dry and cut in half. Sprinkle with lime juice and salt. Put the vegetables and fish on a piece of lightly oiled paper. Drizzle with remaining oil, place a slice of lime and orange on top. Sprinkle with herbs

    Fold parchment paper over the fish and twist together at the ends. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and eat them
